Booking/Payment Policy:

  • NO Deposit or Prepayment is needed when making a booking. Pay when you check-in.  
  • A valid credit card guarantee is required to confirm your booking.
  • Please note that different conditions apply to group and block bookings and/or long term stays, for which a deposit    by bank transfer is required.
  • We accept payments by Eftpos / Bank Transfer / Cash / Visa / Mastercard / Amex. Payments by cheque are subject   to approval. If you do not hold a credit card and wish to make a booking, please contact us on 0064 3 614 8069.


Cancellation Policy:

Once you make a reservation with us we guarantee your booked rooms as they are held for your exclusive occupation. Due to the nature of our business, cancellations affect us significantly as we may turn other customers away while holding your reservation. Late cancellations or amendments to your booking may be subject to a penalty fee charged to your credit card.

  • Bookings over non-peak periods: at least 48 hours notice is required. Please note that at least 7 days notice applies to bookings for the 3-Bedroom Unit.
  • Bookings between 1 December and 1 June, and peak periods (e.g. school holidays, public holidays, events etc.):           at least 7 days notice is required.
  • Group bookings (3 or more bedrooms) or extended stays (one week or longer): at least 30 days notice is required.
  • When late cancellations are made and fail to meet the required notification time, a fee equals 50% of the total booking value with a minimum of one night's tariff will be charged. The same with late amendments made to your booking, resulting in reduction of motel units and or room nights, this will be treated as per cancellation policy.
  • When you fail to arrive (no show), this may result in 100% loss of the total booking value.
  • No refund will be available for earlier departure of your booked term after check-in.
  • We reserve the right to accept reservations that are subject to a minimum stay over peak periods.
  • When the management at their discretion agree to a refund, this may be subject to an Administration Fee of $25.
  • Interruptions to your itinerary and booked accommodation (i.e bad weather, medical reasons, changed or cancelled venue dates) are beyond our control and no refund will be available for such circumstances. We strongly recommend you to take up travel insurance including cancellation cover for unforeseen circumstances.


Child Policy:

We welcome families with children. Infants (up to 12 months) stay for free when using existing bedding. A baby cot would be available for hire at an additional charge of $10 p/night (subject to availability).


Additional Information:

  • Smoke free units: All our rooms are designated non-smoking. Smoking is allowed outside only away from other guests and open windows.
  • Pets: No animals/pets are permitted.
